I would recommend Vansdirect to friends and family because they gave me good communication throughout the process and it was extremely easy and straightforward.

I would not recommend Vans direct because they were terrible throughout the whole process. First of all i had to chase up a quote, then signed agreement to be told van was no longer available so another more expensive van was offered we accepted to be told would be with us before the end of the month. Daily emails ignored for next two weeks chasing delivery date. On last day of the month was told it would be 7 more days, had no option but to accept. Come delivery day no time slot received called up every hour to be told at 3pm on a Friday that it wasn't coming for another week! All company jobs has to be delayed and all we received was different excuses from different employees. Still awaiting the return of our holding deposit a week on despite numerous emails. I would avoid this company at all costs!!
