My experience at Triumph Solent was positive because I’m 60 in 2 months, and I decided only recently that I wanted to ride a bike. I looked at a few manufacturers, and actually only visited my Triumph dealer to browse. But I was taken with a particular model, and the clear explanation of it, what it includes, handling, capabilities etc, made it easier to make a decision that day. As a complete novice I needed proper guidance and that’s what I received.
I'd definitely recommend Triumph Solent because of the help given by Dean throughout the sale. I needed help deciding between a couple of bikes and he was really helpful. He gave me a good price and sorted out delivery. Kept me updated throughout. Thank you.
