I would not recommend TJ Vickers Shrewsbury because when we arrived to collect the car no-one was aware we were coming. Both the salesman who initially dealt with and the sales manager I had previously spoken to were on a day off, so despite us agreeing with them the day we would collect the vehicle, no-one at the garage that day was ready for us. Then during the handover process we found out that all the documents were on line only. No-one had told us about this before we arrived. Furthermore all of the documents should have been set up in my wife's name but they had been set up in my name so the girl doing the handover had to go to the back office for about half an hour and get everything changed. Whilst she was very helpful and sorted all of it out, it did feel that she had been rather dumped on by her colleagues who had not passed on the correct information, nor advised their colleagues that we were due on that day.
