I would not recommend The Car Spot NW Ltd because they lied about the features of the car, they lied about the car being fully checked and ready to go, when they hadn't even received the car yet, I was left completely uniformed as to when the car would be delivered until repeatedly chasing; the car was delivered in a dirty state; there was no courtesy call to see how delivery had gone; the car had run out of tax 2 months prior to my receiving it, no one explained the registration process or taxation requirements to me; the first day driving the car warning lights appeared and the car was jolting and felt scary to drive; when raising concerns and asking to exercise our right to retorm the car we were told we would be charged £1000 to do so; the car Spot has then accepted responsibility for the spark plugs, but are pushing back on the 2 blown speakers which are making it uncomfortable and distracting to drive the car as they are so noisy; water is now leaking through the ceiling of the car and despite sending emails and videos of tgis to the dealership asking for their advice/support, I am now being completely ignored.
