My experience at Stebbings Car Superstore was cracking because I had an idea about which cars I wanted to look at from reviewing the website - which was very clear and easy to use. When I arrived at the Car Superstore it was welcoming, easy to look around and the cars I wanted to see were easy to find - it was helped by the fact that it wasn't raining. I was able to take the car on a test drive as was my daughter. She has recently bought her car from Stebbings too. We went away to think about the car and part exchange cost for my old car. After a bit of negotiation this was agreed and I collected my new car. The only problem was that I didnt realise that the parcel shelf was missing until after I got home. The Stebbings team were really helpful and found a replacement for me. I would definitely recommend the customer service and the quality of the vehicle I purchased.
Stebbings Cars were great because the cars were nicely group together with good spaces all round to look at the cars easily. There were staff around to answer questions about the cars. The young man Charlie was very helpful and not pushy. I was buying a car as I had been crashed into so it was a sudden unexpected car purchase and hadn’t thinking about what car. So I went several times into Stebbings to give myself time to ask friends and find out about my selected car.
I'd suggest Stebbings Car Superstore. Because they made buying a car easy.

The experience at Stebbingsf Car Superstore was good because From the time we got there someone asked did we need any help, when we made a decision one of the sales team was on hand to show us the car and offered a test drive, we were very happy with the car , put down a deposit after arranging the remainder of the balance the car was ready to pick up 6 days later , this was a time that suited us.All round good experience.
