I had a great experience at Stansted Audi because the showroom facilities and the choice of vehicles at the site were excellent. The staff at the site were friendly and very helpful. I found this vehicle on a website and travelled to the dealership especially for this specific model, if i lived closer to the dealership i would use them all of the time for servicing and everything else.

I'd recommend Stansted Audi because I had a great experience from viewing to final collection. I found all the staff to be polite and helpful. Their salesperson Jack Kirby provided excellent customer service, allowing me to view the vehicles I wanted and have a test drive, everything was explained clearly and he went above and beyond staying late to answer our questions. I was updated throughout the process and received a follow up call after collection. The car was in great condition and I'm really pleased with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to return for car services, to purchase future vehicles or to recommend to others.
