I'd recommend Stafford Audi to anyone because from the first phone call to the handover of the vehicle everything was super professionally done. Georgina the sales executive made everything very easy, her eye for detail was excellent, all documents were correct and delivered promptly. I would recommend Georgina and the dealership without any reservation - excellent people.

My experience at Stafford Audi

My experience at Stafford Audi could have been better because due to after sales service was poor communication and manager Ryan took our dissatisfaction as a personal assault even though it was explained several times the frustration was not directed at him personally.
The car since purchase has been making a grinding noise and burning metal smell on braking when we have called several times with no callback even when promised we were eventually told to ring audi assist this is not the experience or service we expected from your group. No empathy shown no resolutions offered basically tough luck now you've hot our money.

The experience at Stafford Audi was good because of the sales advisor Nick, he explained each step of the way and answered all questions I had. The test drive was nice and smooth, and kept me informed about progress accordingly. He was happy and engaging throughout the whole process and made it easy for me to decide in the end.
