I had a great experience with Southcott Specialist Cars. The service was excellent and refreshingly straightforward — no nonsense or pushy sales tactics, just honest and helpful communication.
I bought the car online based only on the photos and videos they provided. Because it was exactly the model I wanted, I travelled all the way from Ipswich down to Cornwall to collect it. They kindly picked me up from the train station, which made the whole process even easier.
When I saw the car in person it was largely as described. There were a couple of small issues, but they dealt with them quickly and professionally.
Overall, it was an excellent buying experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Southcott Specialist Cars again.
