Smiths Renault Peterborough were helpful because; good selection of used vehicles and helpful responsive staff on the used side of the business, Matt was a pleasure to deal with and made distance selling easy as I live 80 miles away, unfortunately I had the opposite experience with the new car sales side as I had initially contacted them regarding an offer on a brand new vehicle, messages were not responded to after my initial part exchange figure was provided and I felt I was not treated as a serious buyer or with respect.

Smiths Renault Peterborough were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the cars and site is spotless! They have the cars cleaned ready for you to visit and test drive, and then fully valeted before pick up once purchased. Tony was very informative, knowledgable and not pushy in any way. My family have already purchased here before multiple times, and I will be returning in the future!

My experience at Smiths Renault Peterborough was positive because the car was just what I wanted at a very good price. The sales team Matt and Scott really helped me decide as they were very friendly and professional and sent me photos of the car when requested. (I live 3 hours drive away).
