The experience at Smiths Nissan Peterborough was good because the staff were very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door,and the salesman I dealt with was a great bloke,explained everything around the vehicle I was looking at and also through the whole sale was in contact with me keeping me upto date with everything. Even got the vehicle through its MOT on the day I wanted to purchase so that it was ready for me to get back to work the following day and before he went on annual leave for the week. I saw the car on-line; their presentation was first-class with great specification details, photos and a walk-round video. It was a great spec car at a very competitive price; I had been looking for a few weeks!
The service I received from Smiths, and Kurt in particular, was prompt, friendly and courteous at all times.
The whole process was delightful from start to finish!
