We traveled to Smiths from another part of the country. After a long journey Sam offered us a hot drink and got on efficiently and helpfully with the explanation of the car we were interested in. We took the vehicle out for a test drive, and following that decided to buy the car. Sam made the process straightforward and no noisense.
