Lewis at Slaters Motor Group Sales was great because he was always keeping me informed of what process was going on and was patient with when I wanted to pick up the car. Also, he sorted out all the problems out with the car promptly. Answered all my questions and showed me everything the car had to offer. I had to call to the garage 1 day to see what part he had to get for to fix the parcel shelf, he said he would sort it. In general conversation I mentioned that I was popping down to the coast, and within 30 mins, he had ordered the part, picked it up and rang me to say he had the part I needed. I was still in the area, so returned to garage and the new part was all fitted, all within the hour. Lewis went out of his way to sort out all my problems efficiently. Great salesman. He needs a good bonus
