Skoda Norwich

I was happy with the service at Skoda Norwich because they went above and beyond for my purchase and made it the easiest car purchase I've ever had.

I would not recommend Skoda Norwich because I purchased mats with the car which were supposed to have been delivered when the car was delivered to me. The dealership insisted on delivering the car to me before the end of the month and on arrival the driver had not put any fuel in the car despite the salesman's promise, and hadn't put the mats in the car. It is now 2 weeks since they delivered the car and the mats still haven't arrived and Isaac hasn't replied to emails or let me know when the mats will be sent. Very disappointed with the handover process.
