This is how all car dealerships should operate. They really care about the customer first, and then selling cars, there is no pressure at any point of the car purchase. We have bought cars from Sims Suzuki for years and have never had any issues with the sale team, or the parts desk, or the service desk. Everyone goes above and beyond to look after the customer. The manager always has a pleasant word to say to customers, and also remembers returning customers.
