The staff member Nigel was extremely helpful on every visit we had. He was pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Kept me up to date with the car while waiting for the handover. I crashed my last car and was feeling abit nervous to be back driving again and I even received an email from Nigel checking in with me to see how I was getting on with driving again and how I was finding the car which was a lovely thing to do. This was my first time purchasing my own vehicle and I’m pleased it was from someone like Nigel. Will recommend the garage and Nigel to all my friends and family if they are wanting to change their car in future.
