I'd recommend SERE Motors Lisburn to a friend because after having a very negative experience with another well known dealership I had an excellent experience with SERE.From my 1st contact with David when I walked into the dealership until the handing over the keys David couldn't have been anymore helpful. He answered all my questions and found out the history of the car and agreed to get me copies of all service work that had been completed to date. He also handed over the keys with the car serviced and valeted to a high standard. Along with the keys he handed me a file with all the service history and information about the car. David also followed up aftercare calls and booked the mot and sent me appropriate documents to attend the appointment. I couldn't speak highly enough of the service provided by David which was much appreciated and would recommend SERE to others as their cars are also well priced.

I was very happy with the service at SERE Motors Lisburn mainly because the salesperson Andrew was very pleasant and helpful to us as soon as we arrived. He took us to the section that would suit our budget, was very knowledgeable about the cars and then left us to browse. He helped us with our decision and gave us plenty of time to think it over. Andrew explained all the paperwork and then arranged for a date that suited me to collect the car. The car handover went very smoothly, and Andrew took the time to go through the main functions of the car as I hadn't driven a Volvo before, and had been a while since I drove an automatic. Really appreciated this help. Andrew has also since phoned to see how things are going with our new car, which again is great service. Will definitely consider SERE for purchasing our next car!
The experience at SERE Motors Lisburn was great because I have bought several cars from David Gaw and have sent my wife daughter and 2 sons in law to buy from him he is an excellent salesman who always tries to get me the best deal he can and if I ever have any questions I just call him and he is always gets things done, I always deal with David Gaw he has never let me down
