SERE Motors Lisburn were fantastic because Andrew was very professional and not pushy, very knowledgeable about the car. A great experience with no pressure. Would recommend Sere for a new car purchase.
The experience at SERE Motors Lisburn was good because I got a good car that I am satisfied with. I cannot fault the sales executive for his attitude towards me, he was 100% with me, however, there’s a few issues that I have that I want to mention. One being that I couldn’t get a penny off the price of the car. I paid full asking price and full price on the service package without being offered any discount whatsoever. The one thing I asked was that I wanted my dashcam to get hardwired into the car and I was told no as it cost too much, I didn’t even get offered as much as a free air freshener. I can live with that, that’s no big deal, however the bigger problem I had was that I noticed the car was very dirty on the inside when I took it for a test drive and before I even mentions it to the sales executive he told me he would make sure the car gets a full valet before I picked it up, however when I came to pick the car up I found the car had not been touched and it was still as dirty on the inside.
