I was pleased with SERE Motors Belfast and would recommend them because the service is excellent & the sale was very straightforward. Salesperson very helpful & knowledgeable about car.

The staff at SERE Motors Belfast were good because they were very patient with us. We are usually quite quick at making decisions this time we took our time.

The experience at SERE Motors Belfast was fantastic because the car although used came with a warranty. The 14 day exchange policy is excellent.

I'd recommend SERE Motors Belfast to anyone because I've never met a better salesperson than Pearce - he really went above and beyond. Pearce definitely took the time to listen to my wants and needs adding that extra personal touch. I would definitely recommend SERE (but especially Pearce) to any friends or family.

Deposit £99 has not been refunded 3 weeks later after paying for the car. Pearce promised parcel shelf to be fitted before delivery then at delivery told it would be coming still no sign 3 weeks later, same with floor mats. Paint chips on bonnet which were covered up but appear after washing. Have phoned multiple times and left messages but no one phones back. Very very unhappy.
