I have had a really great experience at Saltmarine Mazda. The customer service has been excellent, especially in comparison to other dealerships I have visited. They are extremely friendly and professional and always answer the phone which is something you’d expect all companies to do but it’s surprisingly unusual among multiple prior dealerships I’ve dealt with. I had a couple of very minor issues with the car but I’ve been helped out with them swiftly and fully. I haven’t got one complaint. I’d probably go back and buy my next car there purely because of the excellent customer service and high quality car options. Price was very good too, with plenty of options for finance.

My experience at Saltmarine Mazda was very good. I did not feel pressurised in any way and was given a fair price for my trade-in. Shane was very professional in all information and dealings. I did not need a test drive as new car quite similar to my last one. I will be back in due course for my next one! Thank you Saltmarine!
