I was happy with the service at Rockpoint BMW because Matt was really approachable and had the knowledge to hand not only about the vehicle but the history of Rockpoint. Super relaxed process with zero pressure to buy. Don’t expect to negotiate too much as the cars they have are immaculate and reflected in the quality and standard of the dealer. This was for our son who test drove the car and felt the same. We opted for a 12 month RAC full warranty too. So far the car has been great!
