My experience at Riverside Volvo Wakefield could have been better because engine light came on after 80 miles phoned up told me to phone roadside assistance they wouldn't come out told me to take to nearest dealership which was Malton who then did a diagnostic test to see what fault was then told to go back to Wakefield had car a week in-between went back to pick it up as per email to be told needed a part no phone call to say it wasn't ready got it back after 1 week they did give me a courtesy then v5 arrived saying 4 previous owners not 2 that I was told complained and told to email a manager which in the process of doing not a happy bunny I
