The staff at Richardson Ford Bridlington were all incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional.

The experience at Richardson Ford Bridlington was good. They used car that i bought was quite well prepared (although paintwork touch up on a bumper repair was quite poor and orange peel finish). The Car was presented clean and tidied up but lots of cleaning product overspray inside on the plastics that hadn’t been wiped tidy. Small details but otherwise very well presented. Friendly and helpful sales staff.

The staff at Richardson Ford Bridlington were good because they allowed us to have a good test driven resprayed the roof of the car after it was found the laquare was peeling
The only negative was that on occasions communication was lapse and I was not called when promised.

I was happy with the service at Richardson Ford Bridlington because I received friendly and courteous from everyone involved. There was no 'hard sell', which I would have found off-putting, and I am very pleased with the car I bought. I made it clear that I eas paying cash, so there was no need to offer me finance. The salesman was Ashley and the receptionist was Sherry.

I'd definitely recommend Richardson Ford Bridlington to friends and family because Ian looked after us really well and made the whole experience easy and stress free.
