My experience at Renault Romford was memorable because Russell made it an easy process. I see a car I was interested in and he was patient knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He made me aware of my opinions and managed my budget. Once I had decided on a used car and the cost was right, Russell did everything he could to make me happy with the car. He changed a window for me that had a scratch on it, all tyres were new, the car was cleaned inside and out and looking great for when I collected it. Overall a very good experience with the Romford Branch would highly recommend.
