I was happy with the service at Renault Orpington because the whole place has such a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Jake was very helpful from the start when I asked for a valuation on my Captur & listened to all things I wanted from my new car which he delivered. The entire team seem great even the guy washing the cars is super friendly. Customer service does still exist & that is very important to me.
I'd recommend Renault Orpington because the whole process was easy, they offered me a fair Part Exchange price, the offer on finance and servicing was good and the car was great,.....my daughter loves it !

The experience at Renault Orpington was fantastic because I contacted them on a Sunday and had the car delivered on Thursday, with excellent service throughout the process, with videos and emails keeping constantly informed.
