Fabulous customer service, even though I live 400mls away from Renault London West the whole purchase experience was first class and quite effortless. Simon in sales who looked after me was fantastic and a real credit to Renault London West. He always kept me informed about how things were progressing and arranged for my Renault car to be delivered to my drive way in Glasgow. Driver James must be mentioned who was excellent.
