Renault London West were great because there was no hard sell. I was introduced by the receptionist to Parminder and he listened attentively to my requirements and immediately got to work presenting me with various options. Throughout the course of this sale he explained all the finance/extra options to me helping me make an informed choice and at no point did I feel pressured. He has been excellent with following up everything with us. He has made buying our car so smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Parminder!

I'd recommend Renault London West to a friend because, I came to this branch purely because I previously had a great experience with Parminder Bhachu told him what I was looking for and he found me the car. Very happy as only had a short window to turn this vehicle round and he personally delivered it to me too :-)
