The staff at Renault London West were good because they were transparent, patient and helpful. I am very happy with all the information I was given and the process towards purchasing the car.
Renault London West were great because they are very approachable and not pushy. They listened to our needs and had all the relevant information at hand. Very pleased to see the used vehicles were indoors and not out in the rain, so made the inspection easy for us. It was all made simple. Purchased the vehicle and some great value extra packages like the inside and outside car guard to protect from all sorts of day to day things. Also tyre and alloy 36 month repair that was very reasonable too. Overall was very happy with Simon (sales person), formalities and swift handover. And excited to use them again in the future. I would recommend!

I was provided incorrect information to purchase the vehicle.
The vehicle does not seem to have had a thorough check and is certainly not in the condition it was advertised.
It has been extremely stressful trying to resolve some of the issues, which are still ongoing.
I no longer trust that further issues will arise with this vehicle and if there is no speedy resolution I intend to raise the matter with Trading Standards.
For a purchase that was supposed to be happy, upgrading to a newer, better vehicle, this has been my worst ever buying experience and I would never return to Renault.

I'd definitely recommend Renault London West because our salesman Parminder, was calm and patient and listened thoroughly to our needs, he gave us the time to consider all our options, was not pushy and made the sale straighforward from the very beginning. His after sales service has also been second to none. We highly recommend him.
