my overall satisfaction would of been a 10 due to derek being the salesman he is over at bolton however the clealiness of the car on the outside was terrible there was smear marks all over it and visable dirt everywhere, the internal stil had stickyness on the lights etc.
Derek was apologetic however there was ongoing internal issues with the valet staff.
