I'd recommend Renault Bolton to anyone because despite a few hiccups with the behaviour of other Renew dealerships, Neil Hassall remained professional, diligent and enthusiastic to find me the perfect car. He listened carefully to my requirements and then worked efficiently to get me the right car before my rental car contract expired. He drew on his extensive experience to gently advise and support us through the whole process, answering all questions promptly. Other dealerships are closer to me, but I will be using Renault Bolton again in future because of the high quality customer service. Thank you Neil!

Neil at Renault Bolton was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous about buying a car remotely without being able to see or drive it first, but he was always on hand to answer all of my questions. I was a little disappointed that the car has not been cleaned on the inside, but otherwise it was exactly as described, and delivered as early as it could be. I am still waiting for some paperwork, but otherwise all was good and Neil made the whole process so much easier! I had been looking at other vehicles at other garages, but felt confident buying from him, and was happier to pay a little extra having the security that all would be well with the car.

Found the car on renault website went an checked it out at renault bolton, loved it then made a deal. Simple and easy no fuss whatsoever. James was a great help an talked me through driving an auto for the first time
