My experience at Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot Commercials could have been better by the sales person, Sean’s lack of competence.
The dates continuously rolled to eventually collecting my vehicle 9 weeks after the initial promise date.
I had to hire a vehicle for 2 weeks at my cost in the interim until it was agreed Perry’s would supply a hire vehicle. This was FOC but originally I was quoted £25 a day charge - I wasn’t prepared to pay this as the delay was not my fault.
The delay seems to be due to the incompetence of sales collaborating with the service team or their abilities.
I made the journey to collect my vehicle on week 8, to be given a vehicle that had no electrics to the dash, considering it had just been released from the service team, clearly no checks were made! I had to return the following week, week 9, to eventually collect my vehicle!
During the 9 week wait excuses were made as to why my vehicle wasn’t ready! Perrys had committed to complete warranty work. It was never explained why this was necessary ( apart from 12 days warranty remaining on the vehicle, which was explained after the work had started) I was never advised there was a concern with the mechanics of the vehicle, had this been discussed with me, I may have decided to withdraw from the purchase. Is this common practice to replace all parts under warranty if not required?
The drivers seat was also ripped; it was agreed this would be repaired by an upholster; I would challenge this was a professional job… I will need to get this redone as the stitching is not sustainable!
I was also asked to pay for my vehicle on the Friday ( collecting on Saturday ) as the finance team would not be available to process the payment over a weekend - due to a further delay I had paid for a vehicle which wasn’t in my possession until 8 days later.
The whole experience was stressful, had a financial impact on me, completely unnecessary & massively disappointing when you are parting with £17,300.
I will not trade with Perrys again. I will share my experience with friends & family to prevent anyone having to endure the same experience.
As a sole trader, customer satisfaction is paramount to my success.

I was sold a van that supposedly had a full service history only to find out it had non , just a single oil change recipt from a tire centre along with a paper from Perrys confirming they have not done any servicing to the van even though they found the break pads and disks to be worn

The experience at Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot Commercials was good because from start to finish everything was handled professionally. The salesman Paul didn’t hassle us and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. He even advised us on trading in our old vehicle at We Buy Any Car and made contact a few days after we took the new vehicle to find out how we were getting on. We have always used Perrys to purchase vehicles and for servicing and will continue to do so. We give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
