My experience at Perrys Huddersfield Kia was positive because Good deal, friendly staff. Only issue was a need to go back after 3 weeks for latest update towing electronic module which was not available at agreed pick up date. Otherwise excellent experience.

I would not recommend Perrys Huddersfield Kia because what started as a good experience turned sour over time, while i have no complaints about individuals or courtesy they’ve shown when speaking in person, it’s felt superficial when. it backed up with actions.
The car had no air on coolant, which i’ve paid for myself and have yet to receive a refund several weeks later. Paintwork was damaged and branch attempted to conceal by not mentioning until i noticed. It was a 6 hour trip to the garage, i could have been told before. I was made to wait for an hour before seeing the car. My emails regularly go ignored , i’m having to chase constantly for a reply. I was promised i could resolve paintwork damage locally but as yet - Perrys refuse to agree to anything. I’ve now been told to take it to thier own workshop hours away with as yet no promise of a courtesy car to drive home or compensation for my time. By coincidence I met a local who bought the same car from the same Perrys and delt with the same staff, his experience was very similar to mine.
