I would not recommend Perrys Burnley Vauxhall because I did not get a service log, it took 1 phone call, 2 emails and a visit in branch. I was told I would get some minor dents repaired and it would be booked in but this has not happened. No one has contacted me and the sales man does not reply to me. He also told me he would get me the owners manual but there has been no follow up from this. Valeting was awful, it was even sent back and still came back filthy and I had to buy products and clean it myself. My feeling is that they wanted my money, once it was transferred there has been zero after sales service.

Perrys Burnley Vauxhall were really helpful during the whole process. From booking a test drive, talking through the finance options and driving away in my new vehicle it was smooth sailing. Heather was super friendly, helpful and answered all the questions I had for her with great detail! I’d 100% recommend - she’s even checked in with my since to ensure I’m still happy with my purchase.
