The staff at Perrys Burnley Kia were good because it was an easy transaction and fully explained with no pressure.
The only blip was we paid for fuel, which was not put in & had to chase up for a refund which took well over a week.

Sales person was good just feel on his days off his emails could be fowarded to another member off staff a few times I emailed and received no reply till the following day. Down side was I was sold a car with a tyre well below depth tread of the rest I have rang and they have agreed to put a new one on just feel like little things like that should be checked better if the car would have not come back with a fault I would have had to pay for that 6 month down the road hopefully going forward my experience will be better .

I would not recommend Perrys Burnley Kia because After getting the vehicle home I noticed a substantial scuff on the underside of the bumper and have asked for repair but am expected to drive 80 miles for inspection to Burnley when there is a Perrys in my local town 10 mins away I don’t feel this is good customer service
