Perrys Burnley Kia were great because I delt with a salesman called Keiron he was very helpful and friendly no pressure at all . He let me drive further than normal on the test run as I was looking at an automatic which I had never driven before. I was pleased with the amount I was offered for my car and he even offered to arrange the paperwork to swop my private number plate over

The experience at Perrys Burnley Kia was fantastic because very helpful. Contacted on a Sunday & even arranged delivery of the car to my home address as I could not get to the dealership.

I would not recommend Perrys Burnley Kia because : I have not dealt with Perry's before, my husband has.
The sales delivery was good, the salesman was courteous, polite and explained the procedure very well, up until collection of the vehicle all went relatively well.
The valeting of the vehicle was very poor, which had to be returned and complained about, also the management light pinpointed a problem, which was sorted promptly.
On collection of the vehicle a second time, the valeting still had not been done, (although they said it had been done) waiting around time was absolutely ridiculous, in all 3 attempts to valeting the car until I was satisfied.
Very disappointed with the car sale experience, it definitely took the shine off the overall experience of buying a car.
