The staff at Park's Volvo Ayr were good because product knowledge is good. Not overly pressurised to purchase although eager to complete transactions. Helpful in making me at ease with my purchase. Handover was as per agreed time and was not done in haste.

Park's Volvo Ayr were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Rory was excellent. He managed to get me to test drive the car around the car park, I was apprehensive due to it being an automatic. He also took me for a test drive with him driving. Options were given to me. I initially came to the dealership looking to buy another v40. I was disappointed to hear that Volvo had discontinued the v40. Rory explained the xc40 would be the obvious choice for me. Brilliant service.
