Bought a 2018 Toyota C-HR from St Boswells Toyota online and was disappointed with the condition on delivery.
The air conditioning didn’t work and there was a squeaky noise when braking.
Later found the rear brakes were critically worn despite a supposed full inspection.
Had to arrange for repairs myself, which was frustrating.
Also still waiting for a missing puncture repair kit that was promised
