My experience at Park's Toyota Carlisle could have been better because car could have been fitted with decent tyres instead of cheap budget ones.
Park's Toyota presented a friendly, knowledgeable no-pressure experience ultimately leading to the purchase of a suitable car. However, when we first visited the site we saw two potential candidates, but not having the time to take either for a test drive just then we arranged to do so the day after the next. Having arrived at the site at the agreed time we were informed that neither were available since one had been sold and the other was in the workshop so we couldn't try either! To prevent it being a wasted journey we were offered a test drive in another car and given a second appointment to try the remaining original car which we eventually bought, but it nevertheless made the experience a bit disappointing.
My experience at Park's Toyota Carlisle could have been better because I felt i had to ask for test drive and mislead about keeping my cherished plate that cost me lots of phone calls and hassle I did not need. Not offered service plan when I already had one on my lexus which I had bought next door. Didn't feel like any options explained no showing what things did inside car on handover felt like got your money good bye
The experience at Park's Toyota Carlisle was good because I purchased a new car, which I am very happy with. I wasn’t actually expecting to buy a car that day, but I viewed a car in the sales room and test drove one. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He located a car which was well equipped and a good deal, so I bought it. It was all very straight forward.
I'd recommend Park's Toyota Carlisle to anyone because it was a very easy process with no pressure
