The experience at Park's Suzuki Irvine was great because the sales staff excellent and very helpful. There was no pressure from the sales staff unlike other garages and i would recommend Parks motor group to friends.
Most the the staff I dealt with were very helpful, understanding and friendly, and not condescending etc which unfortunately I have found the case in other places.Issues which came up shortly after purchase with the car were dealt with without fuss which was really appreciated.
Park's Suzuki Irvine were fantastic because the sales lady, Ingrid, let me view the car in my local Parks garage as I did not live locally to Irvine. She was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to use Parks Irvine in the future.
