My experience at Park's Nissan Irvine was positive because Richard was very attentive and alleviated my fears. He did not pressure me into the sale, he took us on a test drive and explained the workings of the car. I had a less than positive experience with another well known garage and Richard ensured that I was aware of all details of the car, the process and my rights.
