I'd recommend Park's Mazda Inverness because ,great choice of quality cars, great location and easy to find, Jack sales manager and Emma Trainee sales executive were fantastic they made the whole experience of buying our new Mazda cx-5 enjoyable and easy, both Jack and Emma were so friendly, professional and easy to talk to, nothing was too much trouble, all questions and concerns were answered immediately, we were made very welcome and on each occasion offered refreshments, a couple of minor bodywork issues were rectified satisfactorily and all paperwork required to be completed was made very clear and painless with explanations where needed. We would most definitely recommend to other people and would not hesitate to go back again in the future, we were treated with so well, a huge difference to our last buying experience with another dealer, thankyou Jack and Emma
I'd recommend Park's Mazda Inverness because the salesperson we dealt with, Fraser, was exemplary. He was very helpful, friendly, informative and not at all pushy . He made the whole buying experience fun and I told his manager he should be employee of the month! He helped me get the Mazda app on my phone as I’m not very tech savvy and explained all the functions of the car, many of which were new to me. He phoned after a few days to see how I was getting on with the car and offered help if there was anything I didn’t understand. He was pleased that I was getting along well with the car. The car itself is going great, currently getting 70 to the gallon on the hybrid- really good now we’ve got the problem of Donald Trump in the Middle East!
My experience at Park's Mazda Inverness was cracking because the service was excellent, the sales manager was not pushing a sale, he was knowledgeable about all cars on the forecourt. I generally felt at ease and in safe hands buying our new family car.
