Park's Land Rover Aberdeen

I recently went in to Land Rover Aberdeen on arrival service was great I was greeted at entrance and made feel welcome. After looking around I was approached by Cormac, he managed to answer any questions I had and had outstanding customer service. Deciding to go for the car I dealt with Chloe who was amazing and made the process go smoothly then it was passed back to Cormac to finish the sale. He kept me upto date as the car needed a minor repair and even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me when I collected it. Not often someone goes above and beyond like that! I seriously can’t fault anything and will 100% be returning there for future sales. The manager greeted me on collection of car along with Cormac as well which shows he cares for his customers and workers amazing !

I was happy with Cormac my sales advisor but many things went wrong. Dent on car when picking up, no MOT and the car valet was poor inside and out.
The dent was only noticed when exchanging keys and offered for me to take the car to a body shop in Glasgow and get quote. When Cormac was organising my car tax, they realised the car did not have MOT so had to wait a hour for mot to be carried out. When inspecting the car, Cormac and I were on our knees with a micro fiber cloth cleaning the bottom of doors to check the mud wasn’t scratches. The inside was grubby and marks on the driver side visor.
Cormac was really good and tried his best but the operational department was poor. Definitely not a luxury Range Rover experience. I would use them again, these things happen and they were all really friendly, they just need to tighten up the operational side.

Although in the end we did not purchase the vehicle due to ridiculous insurance premiums as we are not fully resident in UK, the service given by Natalie Robertson the Sales Advisor was top quality and went the extra mile and the whole experience with Parks was exceptional

Park's Land Rover Aberdeen were great because, both the salesperson and manager we dealt with were professional but very friendly and welcoming, understanding any concerns and issues i asked about. Only had the car a week so obviously time will tell re aftersales, but hopefully if its is the same as buying it will be a pleasant experience.
