Park's Honda Hamilton were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the sales representative, Kevin, was knowledgeable, informative and was able to answer all the questions I asked and made me feel valued as a customer.
Kevin dealt with all the admin changes with DVLA, and arranged the transfer of my private registration from my previous vehicle. He phoned a few days after I collected my car to make sure everything was OK and to contact him again if I needed any help with the car.
I would not recommend Park's Honda Hamilton because , the service after the sale, when we had a problem with bodywork of the car, when it was delivered, was poor, and went on for a week before,the issue got resolved and then i had to email the sales manager, who responded, the general manager was also copied in. To date no reply or contact from him! In my eyes that is extremely lacking, given his testimonial on line about how good he is with customer service! Certainly not in our case.
I was happy with the service at Park's Honda Hamilton because the service and professionalism was second to none and we know from experience that the high level of care will continue with ownership.
