This is not my first time dealing with Parks Ford Perth. The most recent car purchased was a replacement for a car I purchased from them last year that had recurring engine fault that I didn’t manage to get resolved despite having an extended warranty purchased... Although they managed to slightly redeem themselves with the quick turnaround on the new vehicle, the level of service and support received for the previous car was very poor and disappointing so I would recommend them on this basis
