The experience at Park's Ford Inverness was fantastic because the sales staff were very polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. You never felt you were being pushed into making a quick decision and they took the time to explain all the different services that could be purchased with your vehicle.
Mark, Kenny, Andrew & John were great to deal with and made the purchase nice and easy.
I'd endorse Park's Ford Inverness because customer service is very important to me and I bought my last car from MacRae & Dick which was there name before changing to Parks and have always been satisfied with their customer service.
My experience at Park's Ford Inverness was positive because from the moment we entered the building to when we drove off in the car everything was excellent, Gabriel Hastings took us out for a test drive he was very informative and a very polite young man, Craig MacBeath took us completely through purchase explaining everything to me and answered all my questions with confidence, both young men are a credit to Parks , patient, polite and very well presented. On my return to Parks to ask about my private number plate Mark Mclean very quickly sorted it all out for me and left me at ease that nothing else need to be done , 10/10 for Parks Inverness
