Park's Ford Inverness were great because the salesman went above and beyond for our needs. We described what we wanted and our budget, and from there the salesman found the perfect vehicle for us. Nothing was a bother. Very happy with the level of service and will be purchasing our next car from there too.
My experience at Park's Ford Inverness could have been better because when I was on day to see car every ting was looking good. Manager was very hard to negotiating the price. Car was not very clean how I will expect spending over 23k on car. The company not even giving me a goodie bag or even a new air freshener. After few days was a nosie comming out of the wheels so I need to come back with car. Now after some time plastic above the front and back wheels coming off. Rapped tomorrow is week and still no one contacted with me with appointments for that. Park’s The only care about money When you buy a car after that take so much time to sorted issues. Communication is also poor. I’m very disappointed 1st time I bought car from them and already disappointed. Always have car from arnold Clark but support for issue with problems are better.
