My experience at Park's Ford Inverness was memorable because the service was great and the prices competitive and I got to see and drive the car instead of doing everything on line. Both times I came to see a car the staff were really lovely and not pushy and the after sales have been a welcome surprise.
My experience at Park's Ford Inverness could have been better because lack of explanation during handover of not only paperwork but operation of car. When returned home after collecting car 40miles found many dog hairs in rear passenger footwells both sides also dog hairs in boot and well for holding spare wheel. Wasn’t showed spare wheel during handover when test drive the spare wheel had been removed and well was full of crap the car should be fully valeted before handover car was ex demo but why people were carrying dogs in brande new car is beyond me
I was pleased with Park's Ford Inverness and would recommend them because the salesperson was knowledgeable and able answer all questions. The whole transaction was dealt with professionally and easily.
