Park's Ford Ayr

My experience at Park's Ford Ayr could have been better if I had a full explanation of the Kuga waiting for a fix that prevents me using it fully for the reasons I bought it. I cannot charge above 80!% and can only use 1 of the electric modes out of the 3 demonstrated. I would never have bought the vehicle or traded my own superior car in if I had known. I believe this info was withheld to process the sale.

I had a great experience at Park's Ford Ayr because the member of staff I dealt with was amazing. Corey Thomson was attentive and kind without being pushy. We had been to several different places who were very pushy about PCP but Corey was so kind and helpful. He actually listened to me and was interested in what I wanted, spoke to me rather than my Dad who came with me. The attitude of the person dealing with you really makes or breaks the deal. I test drove the vehicle on the Wednesday, loved it, signed the paperwork and the vehicle was ready for me to collect on the Saturday. I don’t expect to need another car for a good few years now but when I do I really hope Corey is still working at Park Ford in Ayr because I’ll be sure to be back.

The experience at Park's Ford Ayr was fantastic because the help from Corey the salesman was perfect gave me time to look over car myself and wasn’t pushy which I like also the manager Iain was very helpful there was only one blot on their book and that was I had asked for all four wheels to be returned due to them all being damage but they didn’t refurb the N/S/R wheel which still had the same damage that I noticed when I returned home but apart from that I would recommend this site to anyone and I have no complaints about how we were treated and although Corey is new to the business he was very professional and friendly.
