OMC Ford Rochdale were great because we experienced very helpful staff. Chantelle especially was very friendly, helpful and immediately offered us a test drive. She was confident with information and did everything to make our experience as easy as possible. Couple of little jobs needed sorting which she arranged , making sure we had a courtesy car to use until they were completed. We don’t change our car very often and she made the experience much easier, especially the paperwork. Thank you very much!

I would recommend OMC Ford Rochdale to friends and family because I felt there was no pressure from the sales person. Chantel had good knowledge of the product we were interested in which we ultimately bought. She was very friendly and made us feel at ease right from the start. My daughter also expressed interest in coming back to buy her car from Chantel due to her great service. She also went above and beyond when following up with purchase paperwork and helped us with any issues that arose when completing this.
