The experience at OMC Ford Accrington was fantastic because it was so easy and the sales rep was very polite and made me feel comfortable at all times before during and after the sale was completed Olivia was exceptional and very thorough and polite at all time , i had to travel to OMC Accrington from Warrington but didn't hesitate due to her putting me completely at ease . would i buy from them in the future a big YES and a thank you for all your help.
OMC Ford Accrington were great because it was a very smooth process. Tom was very good and talked us through the whole process.
I would not recommend OMC Ford Accrington because I picked up my vehicle and it had not been touched in preparation, I had to top up the water and oil and the tyre pressure, following that the next day the engine management light came on I spoke to the service department and was treated poorly, they have now had my car longer than I have had it, I was advised Wednesday they were ordering the part for next day and I can see my vehicle has still not been moved in the yard, one issue they did fix and I offered a compliment and was looked down upon, sales great service department poor, they’re lucky I haven’t handed the car back to them for a refund
