My experience at Nissan Bolton was cracking because of excellent service, clear communication, and a smooth buying experience.
My experience at Nissan Bolton could have been better because the vehicle has a fault which i was told had been on the diagnostic machine and I needed to give it a good run of 45 minutes only to be told it actually had not been tested tge battery had been on charge for quite some time and tge fault still showed surely that being the case the car should then have been put on the machine instead of me wasting time and fuel on an unnecessary journey of around 50 mile

Having travelled 250 mile round trip to view the car to the delivery of the vehicle the communication was excellent throughout the transaction.
My experience at Nissan Bolton was memorable because James couldn't do enough to help. He recognised I needed a car sooner than he thought he could provide and went above and beyond to organise a car to assist in the event he couldn't get the mot done sooner. I didn't need it in the end but his service from start to finish was a credit to the business. He has called since to make sure I'm happy with the car. Honestly I will be recommending to family and friends as couldn't be happier.
