I'd definitely recommend Napier Motor Company Ltd to friends and family because Such a amazing car and the dealer, he bought the car round to my house. I came to see the car unannounced as I didn’t want to be hovered over by salesman like I had in the past year when I was slowly looking for a special car. This one was fairly local and no one was at the garage, so I texted the mobile number because I’m deaf and can’t speak over the phone. They replied within few minutes to apologise as they were delivering a car to a customer a long way away.
They offered to bring my dream car around to my doorstep later that day so they did.
Had a look, test drove it and discussed a few things, my wife went for a test drive few days later and we both fell in love with it . Very gentle approach and very helpful in every step of the way in processing the part exchange and our private number plate from the old car which we had no experience and very farming working lives schedule we have. Very understanding and welcoming on the day of picking it up.
