The staff at Napier Motor Company Ltd were good because I dealt with the owner Ben and he was very enthusiastic. The items that didn’t work I contacted them about, the radio, “well it’s a 23 year old car, you can find the radio heads on e-bay”. The central locking was known about but not part of the advert, so should have repaired. He ignored that one. The cars fan system, again “it’s an old car” attitude. Said he would send me a part but nothing has been received. It’s just the little things that have made the experience not quite great.

I Bought the car without actually going to see it, based heavily on the online reviews of Napier, and very glad I did. Excellent service and communication from Ben. Delivered the car to me, as I was unable to pick up, and the car was still spotless. Cannot fault Napier at all and would happily purchase from them again in the future!.
