the first car I bought from them was a disaster however I decided to give them a second chance as the car they offered was one of the best deals in the area on inspection I noticed the tyres, break pads and one of the break disks needed work they took it in for a service and it looks like they did a good job.
the finance deal they got for me seemed fair and they did take my old rust bucket and give it a more than fair part-ex which they didn't have to do.
ultimately it seems like giving them a second chance was a good idea for what I was after.
