I'd recommend Motor Match Stoke because from the minute we walked through the door we were given immaculate attention. As the sale progressed we were led through each stage of the procedure being offered every assistance from paying, offered finance, changing insurance, retention of private number plate again changing insurance and putting new ones on the car. The whole experience went so smoothly we couldn’t fault anything. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

I must give an amazing amount of credit to my sales executive Bal for a very competent service from the initial call after my enquiry to handover, he is a credit to your team and the profession. However I feel really let down by the cleanliness of the cars interior with carpets, seat crevices, door pockets and the boot all having dirt and stains. Also a few dents on the vehicle which would have very easily been removed by a decent dent technician all which I'll have to have done myself. I personally believe my p/x which was close to ten years old and 79000 miles was left with yourselves in better condition. I don't want anything said about the vehicle to reflect badly on Bal as this is a prep issue not a sales issue.
