I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Reading because the follow up completion and aftercare was wanting.
I was kept waiting to collect my vehicle for 2hours+ on the day due to in-house miscommunication. I was promised a call back twice to maintain a FMBSH. Once from the Manager - Subi and again from the sales adviser - Isabella, neither followed through. In the end, I purchased this separately from Mercedes Benz Croydon. Only one of the 2 keys worked so I had to purchase a replacement battery (£10). I expected excellent service, due diligence, and thorough checks from Mercedes Reading but was quite disappointed that they came up short and didn't follow through.

I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Reading because spent £45k on a car that had two tone paint broke down three times in as many weeks. Whole customer experience I received was disappointing apart from Mike Thomas. The experience left me out of pocket, car less and unhappy.
