Mercedes Benz of Peterborough were really helpful and I'd recommend them because when I walked into the dealership my Audi A3 had just been written off and I had intentions of purchasing another one. I just went to this dealership as it was local to me and I thought I would take a look at an A class before purchasing another A3. I was approached by Panna, the sales executive, I explained my situation and she then walked my wife and I through the A class. She went into great detail about the different options available. When I said I would like a premium plus model she explained there was none available at present but would look for one and contact me when one was available. She offered a test drive in a premium model which I accepted to see how the car drove. Panna found me a car the next day at a sister site and, after I paid a small refundable deposit, arranged to have it delivered to Peterborough for an inspection and test drive. This is the car I eventually purchased. All through the process Panna was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She kept me informed all the way through the process. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we were very satisfied with the whole car buying experience. One more footnote on the car itself, fantastic!
