I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Peterborough to friends and family because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, the staff have time to discuss all your needs and questions. We dealt with Halil for our car purchase, I can say he went above & beyond to make us feel at ease during our initial visit to discuss our vehicle and also at handover. We also called him a couple of times before handover with questions and he was very efficient and helpful in his response. It was a pleasure to deal with such a personable salesperson.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Peterborough could have been better because the general attitude, atmosphere and demeanour of our sales person was in our opinion poor. It was not welcoming, friendly and unfortunately did spoil the excitement and warmth of a new car.
We continued with the deal because we liked the car so much but due to the service we received, normally would have walked away
