The vehicle was presented in pristine condition and Hilal took time to show us the vehicle and explain the functions. We were very impressed with his professionalism and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

The staff at Mercedes Benz of Peterborough were good because Harpal was very personable. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to find suitable vehicles. One vehicle which looked good initially turned out to be not so good and Harpal said the car was not good enough to sell. We really appreciated this as we could have bought a poor quality vehicle.

Since purchasing the car, we have identified an issue with the pain work on the near side rear door. Harpal is looking into this and has escalated to his branch manager.

I am confident the minor fault will be rectified
