Mercedes Benz of Kings Lynn were great because Olivia was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere within the dealership and would certainly deal with them again

Thanks to the team at Mercedes Benz of Kings Lynn. First time I got in I was welcomed by Jack who was very enthusiastic to show me the car and took me for a test drive even before we started cracking the numbers. He was very patient during the negotiations and that made me at ease, relaxed which made me feel like I wasn’t rushed to be sold a car. Everything in the car was a s promised as well. I would highly recommend this place if you were to get a car.

Chantele was absolutely amazing.

The whole experience from making an initial vehicle enquiry to receiving answers to a whole host of questions on the vehicle and optional extras / services from Mercedes took only six days. Whereby we were able to drive away on Sunday with the huge comfort of buying our vehicle and fully supported along every step of the way by Chantele.

The only downside was that on the day of collection Chantele was on leave, but we were looked after by Jack and Ben - whom equally made the whole experience pleasurable.

Lastly, not to forget the receptionist whom was extremely pleasant and accommodating with my multiple calls and looking after my wife and I on the day of collection.
